With a deep understanding of just-in-time (JIT) and just-in-sequence (JIS) processes, as well as Tier 1, Tier 2, and OEM environments, his extensive industry knowledge ensures effective leadership in complex supply chain dynamics. Let me introduce myself: 

My name is Alexander Doering, and the wish of being a part in the world of mobility has always been my passion since my first memories as far as I can think back. These early memories also come with my truest and earliest passion: toy cars, which always played a big role in my life until I could afford my first real car. This passion in Automotive and Technology became the true driver of my life, whether it comes to travel the world to see all kinds of cultures, colors and countries, or understand and experience the automotive and technological achievements of mankind and its evolutional steps.

Very early in my life, I understood, that great things only come true when people with the same passion come together. What we understand as teamwork, is something most people become obsolete to, when they grow mature. Remembering and preserving and finally recovering this essential skill, is the key of creating success.

In todays industry, no matter if automotive or any other field, my mission is to bring back the unity from the machine up to the Top-Management. Regardless of the title or position in an organization, each employee has the same value. Understanding each indirect person as a service employee to manufacturing, the path to success is becoming very clear, as a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

With my 25 years of experience, growing from the shop floor into Executive Management, I am providing a broad understanding of the entire automotive business and reality to solve my clients challenges and/or bring opertunities. Adapting to new organizations , products or processes is one of my key features to understand the topics quickly in order to provide the best solutions.

Growing my own business since January 2021 was just an organic step in my personal path and I enjoyed every minute since that day. Living my dream has unlocked even more energy, now available to all my clients.
